Burton Katz, a veteran of the mobile industry since its inception, is chief executive officer of digital advertising and entertainment network Atrinsic, Inc. (NASDAQ: NWMO), headquartered in New York. Katz oversees the company’s continued profitability and rapid growth, as well as its expansion into related digital entertainment areas. Previously, Katz was with Buongiorno S.p.A., where he was president of Buongiorno’s North American operations and past executive of its U.K. operations. Katz oversaw strategic planning and implementation of both Buongiorno’s B2B business and the successful U.S. launch of their consumer brand. Prior to joining Buongiorno in 2001, Katz was a principal in PriceWaterhouseCooper’s E-Business Division, where he advised global telecom and media clients on pioneering new products and developing digital distribution channels.
