Director of Client Services

The Director of Client Services will be responsible for managing a team of 15 -20 Account Managers, with the goal of driving profitable revenue at the clients’ metrics. Reports to the Vice President of Client Services. Responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy and overall direction of all search campaigns for SendTraffic. In charge of setting and enforcing group best practices and policies for campaign management and client communication.
- At least four years of Search marketing experience
- Account management / Client Services experience
- 2 + year managing a fast-paced, quality-focused client services department
- Proven history of managing a team to successfully attain or exceed aggressive goals
- Outstanding leadership skills, including lead by example management style
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, MBA a plus.
